Vegetarian week is out of the way, and compared to what I was thinking, it was pretty much a breeze. Vegan week is another story. In anticipation for these weeks, I’ve planned most of my meals ahead of time so I have the right ingredients (always important), but also so when I get home from work and I’m hungry, I have a plan and I’m not tempted by any non-vegan treats around the apartment. So I’ve come to the end of Vegetarian week, and all-in-all, not too bad. This weekend, and eating out, was slightly easier than I thought it would be. There were a few bumps in the road (see Saturday night, below), but I didn’t touch a bit of meat all week. Read the rest of this entry »

So the first two days weren’t so bad. But then again, I’m pretty sure I’ve gone two days without meat before just by accident. I’m a little nervous about what the next few days will bring, as I settle back into my routine. So far, the only thing I miss/crave is sushi. Read the rest of this entry »
