I left these on the desks of my coworkers last week (to rave reviews, might I add) and now I leave them on your metaphorical desk. The recipe is simple: In a food processor, place 1 candy cane for every cup of sugar, and blend until combined…tada! Peppermint Sugar. Then add the peppermint sugar to coffee or cocoa (for a fraction of what certain coffee spots would charge), or sprinkle it on cookies or cakes. It’s a great little treat to have around the kitchen these days, making even the most mundane things, like a cup of coffee, feel special.
